1 tablespoonturmeric or turmeric powder
3 clovesgarlic
1 teaspoonsalt
1 tablespoonfish sauce
2 tablespoonsoyster sauce
1 tablespoonsoy sauce
3 tablespoonsmilk or evaporated milk
1 tablespoonsugar or palm sugar

Marinate the chicken with the ingredients listed above for 1-2 hours.

Place in the air fryer at 392°F (200°C) for 15 minutes. Flip the chicken and cook for another 10 minutes, totaling about 25 minutes. If the chicken has bones, it may take up to 30 minutes.
