I wanted to use up cabbage and chicken breast I had at home, and also wanted to experiment making a Japanese version of twice cooked pork, so this recipe was born.

Cooking Instructions

Cut chicken breast thinly into bite size pieces. Mix the chicken and ◎ in a plastic bag and rub in well.

Chop the cabbage into bite size pieces. Just tear with your hands!

Add katakuriko in the bag of chicken and mix well. Heat oil in a pan and cook the chicken on both sides until golden brown.

Add cabbage and stir fry the chicken. Season with the ● mixture and it's done.
