Moong Dal Pakore
Cooking Instructions

In a bowl soak the Moong Dal for 4 hrs

Strain and add to a blender. Add ginger paste, green chilli paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt.

Run the blender smooth and don’t add water
- 4
Add to a bowl.

Heat a wok and heat sufficient oil to fry. Take a ladle of the batter and add to the oil, fry each side for 2 mins, flip and fry until golden in colour.

Plate with tea or any beverage and enjoy
