Marinate the chicken with all spices

Rest in fridge for 2 hours minimum.

Now heat ghee in a pot fry onions till crispy and brown remove from the pot.then let them cool and then crushed finly with hands or kundi

Now put in the Merinated chicken into y ghee mix well let it cook covered at low flame

When chicken gets tender and soft add in water if required then add these crushed brown onions and fresh cream
