Baked Banana nut Oat

Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 1 cupoat flour
  2. 1/4 teaspoonbaking powder
  3. 1 pinchsalt
  4. 1chia egg (1 tbs chia 2 tbs water)
  5. 2 tbssoy milk
  6. 1/2med banana
  7. 1 tspVanilla
  8. Pinchsalt
  9. 1 tbspeanut butter
  10. 2 tbssweetener maple syrup im using brown sugar

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a microwave Safe bowl
    With a fork smash banana

  2. 2

    Add vanilla

  3. 3

    Mix in chia egg.

  4. 4

    Add baking powder and salt

  5. 5

    Add brown sugar

  6. 6

    Mix in oat flour till it forms a thick Batter

  7. 7

    Microwave on high 1 min 50 sec

  8. 8

    Till cake like and bubbly

  9. 9

    Top with peanut butter and enjoy
