In a clean pot add water sharkii and cow skin cow (kpomo) stock cube and salt

Cover and boil for few minutes

Then add red beef

Cook for 5 minutes

Add grounded pepper and red plam oil to the meat stock

Cover to boil

Add Egusi to the meat stock

Add dry bitter leaf

Allow it to cook for 10 minutes then complete your seasoning
