Steps

Wash all the veggies well and chop all veggies into a chopper. In a mixing bowl take wheat flour add salt and 2 tsp oil. mix well.

Add all the chopped veggies and above spices into flour. mix it and knead it. add a very little amount of water because the veggies also released water. Prepare the dough cover and keep it aside for 10 minutes.

Make medium size balls from the dough. roll it on a rolling board. Heat a Tawa and cooked the paratha from one side for a minute then flip it. apply little. oil and fry both sides until it turns golden.
