At first shocked rice and dal together and pressure cook till 2whistles.meanwhile boil macaroni for 10min.Drain the water and keep aside.now heat oil in pan. Add cumin seed, mustard seed,ginger chilli garlic paste and saute till slightly colored.add chopped onion,tomato,capsicum, pumpkin,cauliflower, carrot and mix well.add salt, dal tadka masala, turmeric powder and simmer it for a couple of minutes.

Finally add boiled macaroni, rice, dal mixture and combined well.sprinkle chopped coriander over it.. Now assemble the layers, spread a little pasta sauce over the base of the dish. Line the dish with a layer the unroll puff pastry sheet and smear it again with pasta sauce and Mayonnaise. Now spread a thin layer of khichdi mixture over it. Then sprinkle some cheese powder,oregano,chilli flakes. Repeat these layers, till you have at least 5 such layers.

Cover last layer with pasta sauce, mayonnaise and sprinkle grated cheese, oregano, chilli flakes. Bake in a pre-heat oven at 180°c for 20mints.Cheesy lasagne mayonnaise Khichdi ready to servem
