Ingredients

  • 1 packgingko nut
  • 1 packbean curd sheet
  • Halfbowl barley
  • 3 piecesrock sugar
  • 5 cupswater

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak beancurd for five mins.Wash barley and wash gingko nuts.

    Boil water then add barley and rock sugar.Boil for 20 mins.

    Then add ginko nuts and boil for another 15 mins.

    Lastly add in the beancurd sheets

Unique recipe! Do you happen to know how to use ginkgo (tea) leaves? I have some and they didn’t come with instructions/directions.
