Leftover Ragda Paratha
Cooking Instructions

Mix salt in to flour and add water little by little and knead into soft dough. Apply few drops of oil and keep aside for 15 minutes.

Make small lemon size balls or pedals.
Using some dry flour, roll out a puri out of a peda. Place the Ragda double in size of peda.cover and close the edges of the puri.
Press gently with your fingers and roll out the paratha very lightly. - 3
Heat a tawa or pan add. Roast the paratha from both the sides till golden brown. Apply few drops of oil while cooking.
Drizzle some ghee on top and enjoy.
You don't need any achar or dahi to dip in. This parathas is as it is so moist and flavourful😋
