pcsChicken Breast, cleaned and cut to
Marinate:
2 tbspsoysauce
1egg, beaten
1 tbspoyster sauce
2 tbspAll purpose flour + 1 tbsp cornflour
1 tbspsalt + 1tbsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper
1 tbsppaprika, optional
5 clovesgarlic, minced
Butter or oil for frying
1 cuphoney
1whole lemon, squeeze
1 cupwater + 1 tbsp cornstarch, mix well

Steps

Clean and cut chicken
Marinate for 15 mins

Coat marinated chicken with flour mixture, and fry until golden brown, set aside.

In a pan, sautè garlic with butter, until it turn brown, add honey and lemon juice

Add fried chicken to honey mixture, add 1 cup water with 1 tbsp cornstarch, cover and simmer for 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
