Ingredients

15 to 20 mins
3 to 4 person
  • 2chopped Green chilli into slices
  • 2-3 spoonginger garlic paste
  • 1 spooncumin seeds,
  • pinch of asafoetida
  • 1 spoon fennel seeds
  • 1 spoon Salt,
  • 1 spoonred chilli powder,
  • 1 spooncoriander powder
  • 1 spoonchat masala
  • 2 spoonoil

15 to 20 mins
  1. 1

    Hot oil into pan put cuminseeds n add asafoetida.

    Now add Ginger garlic pasten roast upto it's color becomes brown

    Now put all mirchi n roast it.

    Add all masala like this

    Mix it well n cook 2 to 4 mins.
