Mooli ka kofta

For making kofta steam the raw banana in pressure cook for one whistle peel the cover mash and keep aside.

Grate the mooli sprinkle some salt over and leave it to release all its water squeeze and keep aside.

Now to make the kofta mix together the mashed raw banana grated radish roasted besan green chilli ginger red chilli powder ajwain salt in a big bowl.

Make small balls and keep it aside for frying.
Heat oil put kofta balls one by one and fry till golden brown in medium flame if it breaking you can add more besan to kofta bowls.Keep aside the kofta - 5
For gravy prep the onion paste, tomato puree and cashew paste one by one using a mixer grinder and keep aside.

To make the gravy heat oil add the bay leaf jeera.
Add the onion paste and saute until it turns golden brown.
Add the ginger and garlic paste and cook until the raw smell goes away.

Add the tomato puree red chilli, dhania powder, garam masala and cook until the oil seperates out.

Add 2 cups of water or to your desired consistency, asd salt and cook the gravy in sim for 10 minutes.
Once the gravy comes together, gently drop the prepared kofta's in and simmer for another 5 minutes.

Garnish with coriander leaves.

Serve hot with chapati rice paratha.
