  2. 1 1/4 cupsbéchamel sauce (about 300 ml)
  3. Mixed vegetables of your choice

Blanch them and then lightly sauté in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil, chili pepper, and garlic, or onion if you want it sweeter. For more flavor, use both. You can also make it with just one vegetable if you prefer.
