Here we are today with a tasty, vegetarian recipe perfect for this intense cold: white lasagna with vegetables.
Cooking Instructions

First, blanch the vegetables. I used broccoli, zucchini, squash blossoms, artichokes, and radicchio. Blanch them and then lightly sauté in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil, chili pepper, and garlic, or onion if you want it sweeter. For more flavor, use both. You can also make it with just one vegetable if you prefer.

Second step, prepare the béchamel sauce (1 quart of milk, 7 tablespoons of butter, and 3/4 cup of flour, a pinch of salt, and nutmeg). I add this to the dish.

Bake in a convection oven at 400°F (200°C) for 30 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
