Ingredients

12 pancakes
  1. For the pancakes
  2. 150 gflour
  3. 2 tbspsugar
  4. 1 tspbaking powder
  5. 1 tspbaking soda
  6. 1egg
  7. 240 mlyoghurt
  8. 30 mlwater
  9. 1 tspcinnamon
  10. Pinchsalt
  11. Toppings
  12. Fresh fruit (berries, passionfruit, etc.)
  13. Sweetened coconut yoghurt
  14. Chopped nuts (walnuts, almonds, pecans)
  15. Shredded coconut
  16. Honey

Cooking Instructions

    Add the dry ingredients to a bowl and mix them together.

  2. 2

    Add the egg, yoghurt and water to your dry ingredients. Mix together, until you have a smooth batter.

  3. 3

    Add some oil or butter to a pan. When your pan is warm, add some scoops of the batter. Bake your pancakes on both sides, until golden brown.

    Serve the pancakes on a plate, with any toppings you like! I used some sweetened coconut yoghurt between each layer, added a drizzle of honey and topped it with fresh strawberries, shredded coconut and chopped walnuts. Enjoy <3
