Steps

Dry roast pegion peas till golden spots appears on them

Grind pegion peas with coconut powder, coriander leaves, green chillies,tamrind and some water.

Heat ghee add mustard seeds, jeera, hing, red chilli and turmeric powder and ground pegion peas paste.
- 4
Add enough water to make curry consistency add sat,jagarr and cook for one boil and it's ready to serve with rice.
