Sautéed Beans Sprouts with Shrimps (Tumis Tauge dan Udang)

I used fresh cilantro leaves in this recipe and made it in a small portion because my husband does not like the cilantro. Well, it was good for me, I did not have to share it with him😝😋😋

Heat the medium frying pan on small to medium heat. Pour 2 table spoon olive oil. (Panaskan 2 sendok minyak zaitun dalam penggorengan ukuran sedang)

Once the oil begins to simmer then add the shrimps. Cook about 2-3 minutes. When their color turn into pink on the bottom, quickly flip them over. Finish cooking for another 1-2 minutes until they are pink and loosely curled. Put aside. (ketika minyak sudah panas, masukkan udang dan masak selama 2-3 menit sampai warna pink bagian bawah udang, balik dan masak 1-2 menit. Sisihkan)

In the same pan, add 2 more tablespoon olive oil. Sauté shallots, garlic, and ginger until fragrant. (Dalam penggorengan yang sama, tuang 2 sendok makan minyak zaitun, tumis bawang merah, bawang putih dan jahe sampai wangi)

Then add in soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, white ground pepper, mushroom seasoning powder, salt, chiller pepper flakes and scallion. (Masukkan kecap asin, kecap ikan, saus tiram, bubuk lada putih, bubuk kaldu jamur, garam, bubuk cabai kasar, dan daun bawang)

Turn heat into high then add in the beans sprouts and stir quickly for 30 seconds. Reduced heat, then add in shrimp, and cilantro leaves. Mix for another 10 second. (Besarkan api kompor, aduk dan masak tauge kurang lebih 30 detik, kecilkan api, masukkan udang dan daun ketumbar, aduk selama 10 detik. Matikan kompor)
