Ingredients

1 hour 30 minutes
8 to 10 people
  • 5 LBSTop sirloin meat (needs to be cut)
  • 1/4 cupsflour
  • 1 OZCan tomatoes sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Garlic powder to taste
  • 8 TBSPChili powder
  • 10 cupswater

Steps

1 hour 30 minutes
  1. 1

    Brown meat (meat will make it’s own juices, add salt and garlic powder)

    Add flour, cook for approx. 3 minutes. Then add water, tomato sauce, chili powder. Let simmer for approx. 1.5 hours or until meat is tender.

Because I’ve been busy with school. Now I am on summer break but next week I will go to summer school for 4 weeks and 5 more months on break again.
