Ingredients

  • 5 poundsrusset potatoes, peeled, quartered
  • 2onions, chopped
  • 6 clovesgarlic, minced
  • 1/8 teaspoonblack pepper
  • 2 poundslow sodium deli ham, cut into strips
  • 2 cartons (32 ounces)chicken stock
  • 2 cupsheavy cream
  • 1 1/2 cupsinstant potato flakes
  • 2 cupsshredded cheddar cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Place all ingredients except heavy cream, potato flakes and shredded cheddar cheese into crockpot, stir thoroughly……..

    Cover and cook on Low heat for 6 ~ 7 hours, or until potatoes are tender……..

    Add your heavy cream, potato flakes and shredded cheddar cheese into crockpot, set to HIGH and cook, uncovered, stirring occasionally, until cheese has melted ……. Serve and enjoy 😉!!!
