In a large pot sauté your bacon until crispy, do not drain fat …

Add your sliced onion, red pepper, minced garlic,black pepper and crushed red pepper to bacon and continue to sauté until veggies are tender…….

Meanwhile boil some water for your rigatoni, and don’t forget to salt your water !!

Add your heavy cream to your bacon and veggies, reduce heat to low on pot, and continue to cook until heavy cream is heated, stirring occasionally…….

Drain pasta and pour into pot with bacon and veggies, stir gently…….Remove from heat ……Sauce will thicken as it stands, if it gets a little bit too thick add a little bit more of heavy cream, then stir gently……..

Top each serving with Parmesan cheese and enjoy 😉!
