Cheesy Mixed Veg Parantha

Knead the soft dough with wheat flour, salt and water as required. Apply some oil on the surface of the dough and cover it. Keep aside for 10 minutes.

For stuffing, add all the veggies into mashed potatoes and add spices coriander leaves, grated cheese and mix everything well.

Now roll out one parantha and put stuffing into it and cover it and again roll out a parantha.

Saute the parantha on both the sides by applying oil/ghee/butter.
Serve the parantha with curd and coriander chutney.
