This is a detailed recipe with lots of ingredients but don’t worry the end product makes you happy. First mix all the ingredients of red velvet cake mix. Add red gel food colour.

Now mix red velvet cake mix ingredients with flour, yeast and warm. Make a dough. You can stir in more flour to make a soft dough. (dough will be sticky) placed in a greased bowl, turning once to grease the top. Cover & Let it rise in a warm place until double for 1&1/2 hour.

I have used Pyrex dish. You can use any 9x13 baking dish.

Roll the dough on a slightly flour surface ; 16 inches long, 12 inches wide & 1/4 inches thick.

Spread butter on the dough.

Combine brown sugar and cinnamon powder. Sprinkle over the butter surface.

Carefully roll the dough till the edge.

Cut the dough in 1&1/2 inch slices with knife or use floss. Placed in a greased dish.

Cover the dish with a cling wrap and let the rolls rise for another 30 minutes.

Pre heat the oven. Place the baking dish in an oven & bake for 20 minutes.

Mix all the cream cheese 🥯 frosting ingredients with electric beater until light, smooth & fluffy.

When the rolls are done, spread generously with icing.
