Hot Dog with Anaheim Pepper and Avocado - Air Fryer

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Cut the Anaheim peppers in half lengthwise. Remove the seeds and place them in the air fryer for 5 minutes at 390°F (200°C).
- 2
Wrap each hot dog in a slice of bacon. When the peppers are done, place the bacon-wrapped hot dogs in the air fryer with the peppers and cook for 15 more minutes, turning halfway through.
- 3
While the hot dogs and peppers are cooking, dice the tomato, serrano pepper, and onion into small cubes. Set aside.
- 4
Warm the hot dog buns, preferably by steaming, to make them soft.
- 5
When the air fryer is done, remove the hot buns from the steamer. Spread mayonnaise inside to taste. Place a half of an Anaheim pepper, then the hot dog, and finally the tomato, onion, serrano pepper, avocado, ketchup, and mustard to taste.

Hot Dog & Bacon Fried Rice Hot Dog & Bacon Fried Rice
One of those makedowithwhatchagot meals (and pretty stinkin' tasty if I do say so myself!). ;)Slightly dry rice makes better fried rice, so you can either use some leftover rice from another day (or from takeout), or if you're going to make fresh rice, just use slightly less water than usual and spread it out on a sheet pan to let it cool while you're prepping your ingredients. x -
