Steps

Take a big bowl add wheat flour.

Then add carom seeds, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, green chilli, fresh coriander leaves and oil

Mix all the ingredients nicely with hands

Now slowly and gradually add required amount of water and start kneading the dough. Knead a soft and smooth dough.

Let it rest for 5 to 7 minutes. Then start preparing rotiTake a tawa.Place it on gas fire.Let it heat well.By the time knead the dough again,so that it comes out to be soft.

Take some portion from dough.Using both hands flatten it and place it on rolling board. Also dust dry wheat flour on rolling board. Give a nice round roti shape.Thickness can be as per your choice.

Place the roti on tawa.Apply ghee on the top and sides.Roast both the sides till nice golden brown in colour.Ghee as needed

Serve hot with butter,sabzi achar etc
