Sugar should be adjusted as per the sweetness of Muskmelon.Dry roast dessicated coconut for 3-4 on low flame and keep aside.
Make a puree of muskmelon and keep aside.

In a kadai take muskmelon puree and sugar and cook on low flame till it thickens slightly.
Then add milk powder and dryfruit powder.
Then add dessicated coconut and cook till water dries completely and the mixture starts leaving the sides of the pan - 3
Let the mixture cool completely. Roll into balls and make press slightly and make pedas and roll in dessicated coconut and garnish with almonds.
