First wash mango properly...Wipe with clean cloth. Water should be not their. If there is water in mango then fungus will be formed in pickles. So be careful... Transfer the mangoes in a strainer...Then marinate the mango with haldi powder and salt.. Keep aside for 2 hrs..Mix...well and keep aside...till the extra water drain off...

Add masala and oil in mangoes... Mix...well...Add salt as needed... Transfer to a jar...Add oil over the mango and salt for preservation...

After 2 weeks ready to eat mango pickles...
