Mung bean (Dal) with Jackfruit seeds

Steps

Fry the Mung bean in kadai for 2 minutes in medium to low flame. Then boil it with jackfruit seeds in pressure cooker (2 whistle).

After 15 minutes, open the cooker & add 1 cup of water. Mix it well. Then heat oil in kadai & add dried red chilli & cumin seeds. when it splatter, add boiled Dal, sugar & salt.

After boiling, low the flame. Add ghee, garam masala & fried cumin powder.Boil it for a while. Turn off the gas flame. Serve it with steamed rice or Roti.
