Wash barley yellow moong dal white whole urad fenugreek seeds with water 4-5 times. Soak in enough water for 6 hours.

Grind to smooth batter in a mixer grinder jar. Transfer it to a deep big container and cover it. Keep aside for fermentation overnight or at least 6 hours.

At the time of making barley dosa..add salt. If needed add warm water to make dosa batter consistency.

Warm dosa griddle. Pour a ladleful of prepared batter into the center. With a big spoon spread in a circular motion toward the edge of the griddle. Drizzle with ghee.

Roast / Cook till the lower side turn crispy golden brown. Fold and serve hot with coriander coconut chutney.
