I love sandwiches. This beef sandwich is a classic, but with the not-so-classic addition of salt and black pepper crisps! I was inspired by @kanaaneko crisp sandwich. I thought this roll needed an extra crispy texture and these crisps acted as a seasoning too! Give it a try!

1 serving

1whole meal roll
Mayonnaise
Dijon mustard
1 sliceroast beef
Handfulrocket
3-4salt and black pepper crisps

Halve the roll and spread each side with a layer of mayonnaise followed by a layer of mustard.

Add the roast beef, top with the rocket and finish with the crisps

Close the sandwich press together and enjoy
