  • Ponzu sauce (propotion)
  • 5: Soysauce
  • 4: Vinegar
  • 3: Mirin
  • 2: Lemon

    Cut aubergine into 4cm long and put into water for 10 min

    Use Lekue to save time for steam. Use microwave for 3 min, that's done!
