📌Malpua is a festival special dessert that is offering to Lord Jaggannath and Shrinathji on the auspicious day of RathYatra.
Steps

In a pan, take sugar and water to make sugar syrup. Add water, boil till it turns little sticky. Add saffron strings, dryfruits powder and cardamom powder. Lastly add lemon juice. Combine well.

Take a bowl, add ghee, maida, salt, rawa, sugar powder,crushed fennel seeds, and curd. Combine well. Add water as required to make batter in pouring constituency. Keep aside for 30 minutes rest.

Now add soda in batter, mix well. In a frying pan, add oil, heat it, fry malpuas by pouring batter directly in hot oil with a laddle. It will take the round shape by itself. Fry untill turns golder pink in colour. Make all malpuas in same way.

Dunk all malpuas in a little hot sugar syrup for at least 3 minutes. Then take out from sugar syrup, garnish with mix dryfruits slivers and dry rose petals. Offer to lord jagannath. And have divine prasad.
