Ingredients

Preparation time-10 mins, Cooking time-40 mins
4-5 servings
  • As Required Mutton Sheekh Kabab
  • 600 gmsmutton mince but chunks and with lard
  • 1 sprigcoriander leaves chopped
  • Fewmint leaves chopped
  • 3-4green chillies chopped
  • 1 Tbspginger-garlic paste
  • 1 Tbspdeghi Mirch powder
  • 1 tspcoriander seeds coarsely crushed
  • 1 tspcumin seeds
  • 4-5black cardamoms
  • 4-5black peppercorns mashed coarsely
  • 1 Tbspcoriander powder
  • 1 Tbspalmonds chopped
  • 1 Tbspcashew nuts chopped
  • As Per TasteSalt
  • 2boiled eggs grated
  • For Smoky effect
  • 1charcoal
  • 1 tspghee
  • 2-3cloves
  • As requiredOil to fry
  • As Per RequiredIce cream sticks to put the kababs mix around
  • As RequiredGarnish with onion rings, coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chutney and chilies

Steps

Preparation time-10 mins, Cooking time-40 mins
  1. 1

    For Sheekh Kabab - place mutton mince in half in two separate bowls. To one add chopped leaves, coriander seeds coarsely crushed, cumin seeds, black cardamoms, black peppercorns coarsely crushed, chopped green chilies, chopped mint leaves, deghi Mirch powder, chopped almonds, chopped cashew nuts, ginger garlic paste, salt and mix well

    Put in the blender and blend smooth

    Add the other mutton mince and add grated eggs, mix well again

  4. 4

    Put charcoal on the fire and burn hot. Place the charcoal in a bowl and add ghee and cloves and put in the centre of the mutton mince, cover for 3-4 mins

  5. 5

    At this time refrigerate the mix for 30 mins

  6. 6

    Wet your palms and make balls and place around the ice cream stick and smoothen it. Complete the batches

  7. 7

    In a grill pan heat oil and place the kababs, fry on medium heat on all sides uniformly, baste with ghee and set aside

  8. 8

    Serve on a platter with onion rings, coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chutney and chillies, enjoy 😊
