For Sheekh Kabab - place mutton mince in half in two separate bowls. To one add chopped leaves, coriander seeds coarsely crushed, cumin seeds, black cardamoms, black peppercorns coarsely crushed, chopped green chilies, chopped mint leaves, deghi Mirch powder, chopped almonds, chopped cashew nuts, ginger garlic paste, salt and mix well

Put in the blender and blend smooth

Add the other mutton mince and add grated eggs, mix well again

Put charcoal on the fire and burn hot. Place the charcoal in a bowl and add ghee and cloves and put in the centre of the mutton mince, cover for 3-4 mins

Wet your palms and make balls and place around the ice cream stick and smoothen it. Complete the batches

In a grill pan heat oil and place the kababs, fry on medium heat on all sides uniformly, baste with ghee and set aside
