Hello Dear Friends!

Long time no see. I was far away from the kitchen for a while but I am back now. Oh god! I miss cooking. I was so busy at work, I could not even eat a good home meal.

Let's start with the recipe for the most incredible meal. Some people say that is just salad, however, I absolutely do not agree with them. This is a masterpiece! Really, if you try you justify me. :) Ok then, if you taste this beauty please see below. :)

Summer Green Salad

Ingredients

  1. Strained yogurt
  2. Fresh mint
  3. Fresh basil
  4. Fresh green onion
  5. Salt
  6. Olive oil
  7. Zucchini (I used two kinds of zucchini)
  8. Garlic
  9. Black pepper
  10. Cucumber
  11. Lemon juice
  12. Green olives
  13. Purple basil
  14. Walnut
  15. Radish
  16. Blending section
  17. Cooking section
  18. Chopping section

Cooking Instructions

    The recipe consists of three phases. First, we start with the sauce. this is also called the blending section. Take the Strained yogurt, fresh mint, fresh basil, fresh green onion (not too much), salt, and olive oil. Take place all of them in a blender and blend them all. After that, you will have a sweet green color sauce. Add a bit more strained yogurt that mix.

    The second phase is cooking. Chop the zucchini in what shape you like. Cook in a pan with the other ingredients which are garlic, salt, and black pepper. That's all, now let them rest.

    The last phase is chopping. This is the funny part. Grab the uncooked cucumber and zucchini and thinly slice. Put in a bowl with the garlic, olive oil, salt, lemon juice, and fresh purple basil. If you like you can add green olives.

    For the garnish, you can use walnut, olive oil, and some healthy crackers.

    And now, let them join in a fancy plate. Undermost, put the sauce, then add zucchini that cooked in the pan lastly add the uncooked beautiful mixture. You can garnish with radish, crackers, walnut, and olive oil. It is up to you.
