1 cupmoong sprout
1 tspoil
1 tspred chilli powder
1 tspcumin seeds
1 tspcoriander powder
Water as required
leavesFresh coriander
Salt to taste
1lemon juice
1/4turmeric powder

Take moong sprout. Put a cooker on gas, add oil and cumin seeds now add moong along with masala, salt, lemon juice. Mix it well. Add required water and take 2 whistles

Our sprout Moong masala is ready to serve. Sprinkle some fresh coriander leaves and serve.
