Momos Chutney

Steps

Add 3 cups (approx.) Water in pan and heat. Add 3 medium Tomato and 7 whole Kashmiri Red Chili in Water. Cover and boil for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, switch off heat and keep for 2 minutes. After 2 minutes, open cover. Take out Tomato and Chili from Water and cool down to room temperature.

Transfer boiled Tomato and Chili in blender and blend.

Add 3 tablespoon (approx) of Oil to the pan and heat. Add 2 tablespoon chopped Onion and Garlic. Fry till translucent. Add blended Tomato Chili paste and mix well. Add 1/2 teaspoon Salt, 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper, and 1/4th teaspoon Sugar and Mix everything well.

Add 2 tablespoon Lemon juice and mix well.

Switch off heat. Momo Chutney is ready.
