Wash properly and soak sabudana overnight. Next day drain it and wash it once. Once it is done then keep it aside. In the next bowl combine sabudana and boiled potatoes....mashed with a masher... Then add chopped onion, grated ginger, haldi powder, roasted cumin seeds, garam masala, chopped green chilli, a few chopped coriander leaves, sugar and salt...

Mix....well and knead a smooth dough. Then from the dough make a vada shape. Repeat the Same procedure.., Once it is done. Keep aside. Meanwhile, heat the oil non-stick pan. then add the vadas one by one...

Fry in a slow flame....till it is light brown in colour... Once it is done then transfer it to a kitchen paper.

Then serve. with any dip.I like to eat it with kasundi.., My favourite mustard sauce...
