White Peas Curry
This curry is very simple to make.
Steps

Heat up the pan, add oil. Add mustard and let it crackle. Add asafoetida and green chillies and ginger paste. Saute for some time. Add boiled white peas. Add red chilli powder and turmeric and salt. Let it boils on low flame for some 10 minutes. Serve hot with bhakhri

Tip - If you have leftovers potato subzi, mash it and add in the curry. It enhances the taste.
