Maharashtrian thecha is a type of chutney that is prepared using green chilies, fresh coriander, and garlic. Usually, it is prepared using a mortar pestle and the texture of this chutney is coarse. In the absence of a mortar pestle, we can even grind this chutney in the mixer jar using pulse mode. This thecha tastes delicious served with bhakri, thalipeeth or paratha.
