I have been fasting on Janmashtami since my childhood.My mother used to make different types of falahari dishes.This one is my innovation.I tried this potato stuffed kachori for the first time and it came out really yummy.It is also a very nice tea time snack.

I have been fasting on Janmashtami since my childhood.My mother used to make different types of falahari dishes.This one is my innovation.I tried this potato stuffed kachori for the first time and it came out really yummy.It is also a very nice tea time snack.
Steps

To make dough - Mix singhade ka aata,arbi and water to make soft dough.

For the filling - Mix potato,salt, black pepper and green chilli.

Now make 2 small puri from the dough,take one puri,put some potato mixture on it and cover it with another puri.Seal it from all the sides with the help of a fork.Prepare all kachoris like this.

Heat oil in a pan,deep fry kachori first on medium heat and then low to medium heat until golden brown.

Your tasty kachori is ready to serve.Enjoy it with hot tea or raita.
