Steps

Mix all dry ingredients except baking soda, mash banana with fork.

Now add curd into mashed banana and whisk well. Add the dry mix into it and mix well. Keep rest for 10 minutes.

Lastly add baking soda, mix gently and batter is ready. Add milk if required.

Grease tawa / griddle / pancake maker and pour 2 tbsp batter and cook till golden brown. It takes around 2 minutes to cook.

Flip and cook the other side too.

Now pancakes are done.

Soft soft pancakes.
