Heat the pan, place pork belly sliced, sear until golden brown. Scoop up set aside. In the same pan add garlic, stir fry until fragrant. Add broccoli, seasoning with oysters sauce and soy sauce. Stir fry until cooked. Scoop into the plate top with fried pork belly sliced. Ready to enjoy.
