Firstly beat sugar powder and margening together on slow speed for about 5 minutes.

Than add essence and beat again.

Mix ammonia in milk.

Now add milk in margening and beat for 5 minutes.

Now add maida, coconut powder, and baking powder together and mix in margening and mix with hands and keep in the fridge for 25 minutes.

Now roll the dough with the rolling pin cut with a cookie cutter and place it on a baking tray.

Brush milk on top and spread coconut powder or badam or sugar.

Bake for 30 minutes at 160°c.
