Ingredients

  • 5big size potato peeled other then washed properly
  • 2 tbspmustard oil
  • 1/2 tbspturmeric powder
  • As per tasteSalt
  • 2 tbspgarlic chopped

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Firstly, khadhai put on flame add oil when heat up add garlic when it's become light pink add potato,salt, turmeric powder, saute for few min.

    When it's light pink add washed methi leaves 🍃 cover the lid.

  3. 3

    Saute few few min when it's become soft our aloo methi is done. Now serve it roti.
