Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlwheat flour
  2. 1 cuppalak puree
  3. 1 tspoil
  4. 1 tspred chilli powder
  5. 1 tspcoriander powder
  6. 1 pinchhing
  7. 1 tspcarrom seeds
  8. as requiredSalt to taste
  9. as requiredOil for deep fry

    Wash and blanch palak. Grind it in a mixture jar to make a puree.

    Now take a big dish. Add wheat flour and all dry masala, oil and salt. Mix it well and make a dough using palak puree and water if required.

    Now make lemon size ball. roll it and deep fry in hot oil. Our Palak masala puri is ready to serve with hot adrak chai, pickle or sabji.
