Prepare ingredients overnight.

In a container, cut banana into 1 inch chunk. Use the fork to mash the banana.

Add salt, ground ginger, ground cinnamon. Mix well. Add rolled oats, oat milk, and mix well. Taste. I add honey for more sweet scent. Keep in the fridge overnight or at least 30 min.

Thinly slice apple and put on oatmeal. Sprinkle cacao nibs and chia seeds.
