Two-style fondant rose

These are the samples from my workshop which was held on the 24th of September for Cookpad Pakistan @ coffee wagera. It was my first time giving a class and it turned out too amazing. All the members were so cooperative. Thank you Cookpad Pakistan and Sarosh Zeeshan for arranging it. I'm always up for upcoming classes. Thank you for all the appreciation!

Steps
- 1
Knead fondant.
- 2
Dust your work surface with cornstarch and roll out the fondant very thin over it. I roll mine out so thin that you can start to see through it. Remember, real rose petals are thin and delicate, so you'll want your fondant rose petals to look as close to the real thing as possible. Choose a rose petal cutter for the inner petals. Next, set aside the next size larger cutter, this will be used for the outer petals.
- 3
Now it's time to form the center of the rose. To do this, use a little of the fondant and form a teardrop shape slightly smaller than your small petal cutter. We want to ensure that the inner petals will be able to cover the teardrop. now start folding the petals
- 4
Keep adding the petals today.
- 5
Join all the petals together and keep a pressure on the bottom.
- 6
The second one starts with rolling the fondant, dusk with corn flour, cut the fondant with circle cutter
- 7
Place on top of each other and roll them. cut into half.
