Steps

Firstly, take pan, add oil and heat it. add cumin seeds, now add ginger and fry it till red. Now add onion and fry it, add tomato and green chilli

Add turmeric powder, salt and red chilli as per taste and mix

Now add cauliflower and potato and mix well fry at medium flame

Cook it till becomes soft. Add garam masala.

Serve hot with puri and raita.
