  2. 500 gOkra
  3. Uziza Leaves a handful
  4. Water leaf a handful
  5. 1 handfulShoko
  6. handfulBasil(scent leaf)a
  7. Powdered Crayfish 2cksp
  8. 1 tbsOnga Classic Seasoning Powder
  9. 11/2 tspChilli Pepper Powder
  10. Palm Oil 1cksp
  11. Seeded iru 3tbs(picked and rinsed)

    Wash Okra,soko, uziza Leaves,scent leaves and water leaves

    Now,grate or dice okra,then slice other vegetable,set aside

    Return meat and Stock to heat in a pot,add Palm oil, crayfish,seeded iru,pepper,bring to boil

  4. 4

    Add okra,stir in,reduce heat,don't cover the pot

  5. 5

    When it boils,add other vegetable,stir in,taste to adjust with salt and any ingredient of choice,mix well

  6. 6

    Once it boils,remove from heat,let it sit for 5mins at most,so that residual heat will finish up the cooking

  7. 7

    Enjoy with Morsel of choice
