Ingredients

  1. 1 lbTomatillo milpe (purple one)
  2. 2Garlic teeth
  3. Chile de arbol 3 (depends on spice preference)
  4. Salt al gusto

Cooking Instructions

    Place tomallo on aluminum foil over comal. Grill till black on each side. Once chard, wrap in the aluminum foil to steam until liquidy.

    Char Chile de árbol as well directly on flame.

  2. 2

    Add tomatillo to blender with garlic, Chile de árbol, salt to taste and a little bit of water to blend.
