Spread a few teaspoons of the batter on a greased plate. When it cools down, begin to roll. If you are not able to roll, then the batter needs to be cooked more. It takes me 25 minutes to get the correct consistency on a low flame.

Take bowl put besan, dahi, salt

Add cornflour some water and haldi powder to make a thin paste

Add this batter to Kadai and mix well

Until it turns thick

Mix well and keep till water dries

Then apply oil on a plate and spread this batter

After spreading put some red Chilli powder coriander leaves.

Take oil heat properly then put mustard seeds and til keep it for 2 Minutes.

Make rolls and put this oil of mustard seeds and til on the rolls.

Decorate with grated coconut and coriander leaves.

Your yummy khandvi is ready to Serve.
